3D allows us to present any scanned painting (with dimensions of up to 90×300+ cm) in a three-dimensional virtual space, that makes for the ultimate art presentation.

From the advanced scanning, we were able to compute the 3D information to create an illusion of the actual gouache blobs on the painting. The information creates a so-called normal map. Here is how that information looks like:
